YOU MAY BE HERE BECAUSE

This season is more than you imagined — in every way.

The perinatal season can be deeply meaningful and unexpectedly overwhelming, often at the same time. It's a time of profound transformation, shifting identity, and vulnerability, and it doesn't always look or feel the way you thought it would. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, mood changes, grief, or simply a quiet sense that something isn't right, your experience is real and you deserve support.

Whether your path to motherhood looks different than you imagined, or you're simply feeling stretched thin — you don't have to go through it alone.

AREAS OF SUPPORT

WHEREEVER YOU ARE IN THIS JOURNEY

  • Pregnancy & prenatal anxiety

Fear, worry, and overwhelm during pregnancy are more common than you might think — and more treatable than you might hope.

  • Postpartum depression & anxiety

You don't have to white-knuckle through it. Postpartum mood disorders respond beautifully to the right support.

  • Birth trauma

A frightening or traumatic birth experience deserves to be witnessed and healed, not minimized because baby is healthy.

  • Pregnancy & infant loss

Grief after miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss is profound. This is a space where your loss is held with the weight it deserves.

  • Infertility & fertility challenges

The heartbreak, uncertainty, and isolation of infertility can be as consuming as any loss. You don't have to carry it silently.

  • NICU & medical complexity

The fear and helplessness of a NICU stay or medically complex pregnancy leave their own kind of mark - one that matters.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING

Care that goes beyond general therapy

Perinatal mental health is a specialty — and it requires more than general therapeutic training. I hold a PMH-C certification (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) through Postpartum Support International, alongside advanced training in EMDR and AEDP. This means you're working with someone who understands the clinical complexity of this season, not just its emotional weight.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

You can feel like yourself again.

Not the person you were before — but a steadier, more grounded version of who you are becoming. Many women I work with describe a turning point where they begin to trust themselves again, to feel present with their baby, and to recognize the mother they actually are.

Relief from intrusive thoughts

Understanding why they happen — and knowing they don't define you.

Connection with your baby

Moving from disconnection or numbness toward warmth and presence.

A steadier sense of self

Rebuilding your identity through the transformation of motherhood.

Processed grief & loss

Space to honor what was lost — so it no longer lives only as silence.

A note from Laura

Perinatal mental health is the work I was made to do. I've spent years studying the intersection of identity, attachment, and the nervous system during this season — because I believe women deserve care that honors how profound and complex it truly is.
